Cannabinoids are synthesized by Cannabigerolic Acid. CBG is the decarboxylated form of this acid that appears at low levels in most cannabis plants. Caryophyllene oxide is a sesquiterpene known best for its cancer fighting and anti-fungal properties. It can be found in rosemary, basil, hops and of course Cannabis.
